Developing and implementing regional circular economy strategy

CD2E (CREATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF ECO-ENTERPRISES), NORTHERN FRANCE, 2014-2016

Our senior sustainability specialist Jodie Bricout spent two years coordinating circular economy initiatives across Northern France for the cd2e. Mandated by the regional government, she benchmarked best practice solutions internationally – and locally – to inform regional policy development. In this context, she also participated in the Ellen Macarthur Foundation’s Circular Economy 100, which brings together leading cities and governments to advance understanding, share best practices, and develop collaboration activities.

We pay our respects to their Elders both past and present, and recognise and respect their cultural heritage, beliefs, and relationship with the land, which continue to be important to the Wurundjeri Woi-wurrung people living today. Lifecycles commits to respecting cultural heritage, customs, and beliefs of Aboriginal people as we pursue environmental justice. Always was, always will be, Aboriginal land.
